Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned reputed company CC&B Functional reputed company with a strong background in customer care and billing. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for driving success through your expertise in reputed company CC&B, testing, and automation. Your experience in the utilities industry, particularly in energy, gas, and services, will be invaluable in understanding our customers' needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company CC&B Functional reputed company, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert guidance and support on reputed company CC&B, including configuration, testing, and upgrades
• Developing and implementing effective testing strategies, including test design, execution, and defect management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with 3rd party applications
• Analyzing and resolving reputed company customer care and billing issues
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reputed company CC&B and customer care

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 10 years of experience in functional and testing roles, with a strong focus on reputed company CC&B
