Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Facebook Chat Assistant to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for managing customer interactions on Facebook, providing timely and effective support, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home or our reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer interactions on Facebook, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
