Job Summary
As a Data Entry Technician on our Customs Brokerage team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry into our operating system. You'll work closely with reputed company to understand and identify customs documentation, transpose customs declaration information, and verify documents for compliance. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, will reputed company you an invaluable asset to reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Understand and identify customs documentation
- Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
- Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
- Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ensure compliance at reputed company times to regulations
- Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
Qualifications
* Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
- Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with high accuracy reputed company, email, internet, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
