Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for accurately keying applications into our Affinity database. Key Responsibilities

* Key reputed company applications into the Affinity database with high accuracy and speed

• Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards
• Assist the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing reputed company needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
• Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues
• Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures and best practices

Education and Work Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

• 1-3 years of reputed company experience in data entry or a similar field

Knowledge and Skills
