Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Writing and distributing emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Maintaining inventory for office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers
• Submitting and reconciling credit card expense reports
• Accounts Receivable – Entering data into QuickBooks
• Maintaining a list of outstanding accounts and submitting to senior managers
• Accounts Payable – Entering data into QuickBooks
• Entering reputed company East/reputed company/INWC Cater into QuickBooks
• Tracking and maintaining reputed company Tip Pool logs and disbursements (Catering, Take Out, and Kitchen Tip Pool)
• Reconciling Daily Sales
• Cash Handling
• Tracking and processing credit memos from vendors and corresponding claims
• Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Assisting with Take Out Orders, Catering Calls, and helping work restaurant reputed company necessary
• Assisting the catering desk as needed
• Assisting the controller reputed company necessary

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and customer service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
