What You Will Do

As a Czech Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with hot leads and existing customers reputed company calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns
• Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty
• Meeting team KPIs, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
• Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, including our clients' products and services
• Securingly working with customers' sensitive information, adhering to our strict data protection policies
• Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients
• Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, providing expert support and guidance

What You Need to Succeed

To reputed company in this role, you will require:

• Excellent Czech and English (B2) communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
• Attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer queries
• Analytical and research skills, allowing you to troubleshoot reputed company issues and provide expert support
