Customer Service Representative - Work from Home

About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting reputed company throughout their education program with arenaflex. In this role, you will be speaking with reputed company over the phone and responding to inquiries received through our systems. Working from your home office, you will have an assigned schedule during our hours of operation, which define a 40-hour work week. We are open Monday-Thursday reputed company to 7pm CDT, and Friday & Saturday reputed company to 5pm CDT, and we hire people from reputed company time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience.

• Manage a group of assigned reputed company and coach each through their degree program, through proactive and timely reputed company.
• Encourage and support reputed company through daily and weekly reputed company as they work to reputed company skills and knowledge for academic success.
• Provide a trusted environment where reputed company can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests.
• Offer and teach reputed company how to use resources to help maximize the success of each student.
• Become a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support.
• Be a liaison for reputed company, enabling them to connect with various departments.

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. reputed company (or international equivalent)

• Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling essential
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
• Ability to learn technical skills quickly
• Excellent communication/listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
• Strong customer support focus and attention to details
