Job Description

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Community reputed company and Support, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with members of the community who seek information, support, and guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Serving as a liaison between arenaflex and the community, providing information, answering questions, and resolving concerns
• Responding to community inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
• Ensuring that reputed company members of the community understand the adjudication process and their options
• Investigating and attempting to resolve complaints from the public appearing before arenaflex
• Processing cases reputed company, minimizing wait times for the public
• Reviewing, confirming, and ensuring accurate information is provided to members of the community who have been issued summonses
• Assisting in reputed company aspects of processing cases, ensuring timely access to justice for the public

Hybrid Office/Remote Work Schedule

After an initial training period, you'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid office/remote environment, allowing you to balance your work and personal life while still being an integral part of reputed company.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community-centered activities
• Education and/or experience that's equivalent to the above

Preferred Skills
