Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Chat Operators to join reputed company in Austin, TX. As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers reputed company chat, email, or phone
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution reputed company, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement effective chat strategies
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Must live reputed company the state of Texas
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions - this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Experience in the automotive industry or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of chat software and platforms
- Experience with gaming or online communities
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
