Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our specialty mail order pharmacy services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to patients receiving life-saving specialty drug treatment, handling new prescription requests and reorders, and collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve reputed company issues. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide phone support to patients receiving specialty drug treatment, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle new prescription requests and reorders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Collaborate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and ensure timely delivery of specialty medications
- Utilize Windows-based applications, such as Windows, reputed company Office, web navigation, and email applications, to manage patient information and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications:
* Dynamic IL Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to apply for an IL Pharmacy Technician License
