Role Overview

Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Professional with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and reputed company
- Providing exceptional customer service and support reputed company phone, email, or remote access
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company to computer hardware, software, and networks
- Conducting site visits to investigate issues and provide on-site support
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company technical issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and technical issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and technical support
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry and technical support
