Job Summary

As a Remote Impact Client Support Delegate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Internal Body Shop in reputed company aspects of its Approved Impact Program. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with our Client Guarantee Trained professionals, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Work closely with our Client Guarantee Trained professionals to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
• Coordinate with our Internal Body Shop to ensure that reputed company aspects of the Approved Impact Program are executed smoothly and reputed company.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including correspondence and rental coordination.
• Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure that our Body Shop has everything required to complete repairs reputed company.
• Conduct surveys and provide feedback to our customers to ensure that we're meeting their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with reputed company to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our customer service experience.

Essential Qualifications
