Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and professional support to customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Process transactions, handle cash, checks, credit cards, and travel vouchers
- Manage overages or shortages, and balance daily transactions
- Review and process baggage and freight claims
- Answer phone calls to provide information, page customers, resolve issues, or assist with other requests
- Manage exchanges to load the aircraft in an efficient and productive manner
- Manage misused customers due to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
- Provide reputed company and accurate information on charges, schedules, reservations, flight departures/arrivals, and other general requests from customers and other airport guests
- Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
- Write incident and complaint reports as needed
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
- Ability to understand records, follow directions, learn and comprehend tagging strategies, rules, and guidelines
- Ability to work with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
- Ability to complete the Customer Service Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and assessment period
- Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises as needed
- Ability to work under reputed company time deadlines to reputed company quick turns of aircraft
- Ability to give a well-groomed appearance in understanding the Ground Service Representative Handbook and Work Schedule
