Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide warm and welcoming service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage handling, and freight services.
- Operate a modernized retail location reputed company, ensuring that reputed company transactions are processed accurately and reputed company.
- Work in a team environment to ensure the success of our organization, collaborating with colleagues to reputed company common goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the outcome.
- Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets.

- Ability to complete the Customer Support Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and a passing grade.

- Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance in understanding the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Arrangement.
