Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests
  • Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Taking premium payments from customers and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Following up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems
  • Fostering strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
  • Presenting and explaining insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals
  • Providing customers with additional information about new products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Personal lines P&C license
  • An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A driven and goal-oriented individual with the ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
