Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our reputed company Freshers Program as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
* Provide 90% customer and expert exchange organizations (Ace) client care through inbound/outbound calls, email, and visit frameworks
- Report customer interactions using electronic programming devices and ensure start-to-finish backing, research, and follow-up are completed to guarantee best effort in matches between professional exchange organizations and customers

- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product information

- Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light articles

Minimum Qualifications
* Must be eighteen years old or older
- Must be legally allowed to work in the US
