Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Customer Care Representative (Work From Home). This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers. You will assist passengers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide reputed company and courteous assistance to customers reputed company phone, chat, and email
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Assist customers with reservations, ticket changes, and travel inquiries
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
