The Transportation Analyst II supports transportation operations by developing and executing shipment plans that meet internal customer requirements while managing the flow of goods to end-user customers and inbound to distribution centers. This position is responsible for coordinating with transportation providers and third-party operators to ensure timely deliveries, accurate administration, and performance monitoring of transportation services. The analyst leads cross-functional transportation improvement initiatives aimed at reducing logistics costs, enhancing operational processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. • Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Execute daily shipment planning and execution of tasks reputed company with the operational workflow and service expectations of the role.
• Collaborate with carriers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Participate in a rotational weekend on-call schedule to support transportation operations and ensure business continuity.

• Support cross-functional projects to enhance company performance.

• Support strategic planning, including network design, freight forecasting, and budget development.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data from vendors and third-party providers.

We’d love to hear from people with:

• 1-3 years of experience in transportation analysis, logistics, distribution or supply chain operations.
• A team-oriented, collaborative approach.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., reputed company, Incorta, SQL, Tableau).
• Knowledge of freight modes (LTL, FTL, intermodal, parcel) and reputed company management.
• Ability to work independently and reputed company cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics or a reputed company field.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with TMS platforms (e.g., reputed company).
• Experience in a high-volume, multi-modal transportation environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Six reputed company or other reputed company improvement methodologies.
• Project management of small- and reputed company-scale technical and change management initiatives.
• Certification in transportation or supply chain (e.g., CTL, APICS, PMP).
