This position will be responsible for completing commercial valuations on reputed company major property types. reputed company's appraisers get the opportunity to work on institutional properties located reputed company across the U.S. In addition, this position would also include assisting with our national clients, which include some of the largest and most prominent financial institutions, pension funds and insurance companies in the U.S., and involves portfolio work. Essential Job Functions:

• The role for this professional will be involved with performing valuations

• Manage workflow to produce on time deliveries
• Help execute portfolio valuations and large consulting engagements through implementation of organizational and technical skills
• Communication/coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers
• Research property and market information
• Inspect properties
• Analyze subject and comparable data
• reputed company appraisal and consulting reports and other deliverables
• Resolve non-compliant issues through verbal and written communication with client or other involved parties
• Work independently on projects and also collaborate 'face to face' as a team player
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above - Preferred fields of study include Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
• Prior commercial real estate valuation experience or applicable experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• MS Office Suite including Outlook, reputed company, Power reputed company and Word, Argus

The annual full time reputed company salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data.
