Job Description: The ideal candidate for the Head of Marketing for Project & Development Services (PDS) and Property Management is a senior marketing leader with deep portfolio marketing experience, capable of shaping multi-year strategy and driving measurable growth across two of reputed company’s largest businesses. This role serves as the strategic growth and brand advisor for both PDS and Property Management, overseeing integrated marketing planning across demand reputed company, brand positioning, content, digital marketing, sales enablement, thought leadership, media, and analytics. Required Qualifications
BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or reputed company field; MBA preferred. 15+ years of B2B marketing experience with substantial portfolio marketing ownership and demonstrated impact. Experience in Project & Development Services Marketing and Property Management Marketing. Management experience required, including leadership of managers of managers and reputed company of global or multi-region teams. Proven track record developing and executing large-scale, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline and reputed company growth. Experience partnering closely with Sales and executive leadership to translate business needs into scalable marketing programs. Highly skilled in analytics, forecasting, measurement frameworks, and decision-making grounded in data. Estimated compensation for this position: 170,000.00 – 205,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
