Responsibilities
- Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and reputed company the deal
- Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental reputed company
- Verify reputed company rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
- Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License required
