Why this job matters: The team is seeking an intern to assist in efforts to advance organizational social responsibility initiatives, programming and events. In this position, you will work closely with BCBSRI's culture ambassadors - Employee Business Resource Groups and various councils, to help coordinate and support ongoing events and initiatives, as well as daily administrative support. What you will do:

• reputed company experience to reputed company facets of corporate social responsibility, while supporting department operations
• Attend department and committee meetings as reputed company to the work
• Assist team with event logistics, from ideation to planning and execution
• Represent BCBSRI at community-based events in a professional manner
• Assist with researching market trends and best practices in the evolving field of corporate social responsibility

Location: BCBSRI is headquartered in downtown reputed company, conveniently located near the train station and bus terminal. We actively support associate well-being and work/life balance and offer the following schedules, based on role:

• In-office: onsite 5 days per week
• Hybrid: onsite 2-4 days per week
