About The Job As Manager, FFIP reputed company Improvement, Vaccines reputed company our Manufacturing & Supply team, you will play a key role in identifying, gaining reputed company on, and resolving issues of safety, compliance, and efficiency that impact the FFIP (Formulation, Filling, Inspection and Packaging) Platform. You will contribute as a member of cross-functional teams to support the FFIP platform and function as an reputed company between the FFIP platform and the Technical Community, especially Engineering/Maintenance and Manufacturing Technology. In this role, you will provide reputed company improvement initiatives for the Factory, deliver project support for cross-functional teams, serve as the Factory reputed company for working through project issues, and offer technical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing processes. • Provides reputed company Improvement support for the factory. These are small/reputed company individual projects to improve OEE, Deviations, Yield, etc. This organization will provide project support to accomplish these efforts. These projects may be reputed company Improvement projects or managing Change Controls and CAPAs for the production unit.
• Provides Project support. This group will be interfaced for technical transfers, engineering projects and similar activities. This group will provide support for the projects, especially for time intensive and major projects.
• Provides technical support for component qualification, OEE improvement, and general factory improvements.
• Provides general technical support for the Factory.
• Ensure efficient and effective operation by creating a proactive environment, developing & monitoring metrics, and communicating with both team members and support functions about operations performance. Utilizing the "+QDCI" Visual Management Systems and Working with the FFIP Management Committee to drive improvements in key metrics.

• Ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements and good documentation practices are followed to provide a safe, quality, and effective product.

About You Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Life Sciences or Engineering or reputed company fields.

Other Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, analytical, or process development. Large-scale biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to actively and cooperatively work with cross functional teams.
