We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Workforce Planning & Recruitment Specialist to work remotely. This is a full-time, exempt position. POSITION SUMMARY: The Behavioral Health Workforce Planning & Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role in expanding access to care by aligning therapist recruitment strategy with geographic and market-based workforce analytics. This role blends reputed company, data analysis, and workforce planning to ensure the right clinical providers are available in the right locations to meet patient demand. The Specialist partners with clinical leadership, operations, and growth teams to forecast workforce needs, analyze supply-demand gaps, and execute targeted recruitment strategies that strengthen provider networks and improve access to behavioral health services. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DUTIES:
- Workforce Planning & Market Analysis
- Analyze therapist supply and patient demand across geographic markets using internal and external data sources.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify underserved regions and high-growth opportunities.

- Create dashboards and reports that inform hiring priorities and access strategy.
- Partner with leadership to align recruitment plans with organizational growth goals.
- Recruitment & Talent Strategy

- Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality clinical candidates.
- Partner with marketing and branding teams to strengthen employer value proposition.
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and fill reputed company by market.
- Strategic Collaboration
- Collaborate with operations and clinical leaders to prioritize markets for expansion.
- Provide insights into licensing requirements, regional compensation benchmarks, and competitive dynamics.
- Support new market launches and service line expansions.
- Present workforce insights to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format.
- Process Improvement & Network Optimization
- Improve recruitment workflows.
- Support provider communications and network optimization.
- Ensure compliance with credentialing and regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience in provider recruitment, healthcare staffing, network development, or provider contracting support.
- Knowledge of behavioral health provider roles.
- Experience with multi-channel recruiting strategies.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and reputed company.
- Experience in EAP or behavioral health networks preferred.
- Background in contracting or credentialing preferred.
- Familiarity with geospatial analysis or network dashboards preferred.
