This role is crucial for building effective recruitment pipelines and providing excellent customer service to meet the organization's hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reputed company, network, and market our open job opportunities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Use existing tools and technology to reputed company, evaluate, interview, and present a slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration
- Ensure regular communication with the client to provide updates on status and reputed company

Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Prior experience in recruiting

- Ability to travel locally or out of state to attend hiring events and job fairs
- Must be local on Maui
- Bilingual in English and Japanese
- Strong planning and organizational skills using the ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate events
