Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and personable Insurance Sales Agent to join their growing team in South Charlotte, NC. This role involves selling a variety of insurance products while building and maintaining a book of business through referrals and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Sell auto, home, life, and reputed company insurance products using a consultative, needs-based approach
- Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement as part of your reputed company sales efforts
- Identify prospective customers using established reputed company methodologies and relationship-driven reputed company
- Accurately document customer interactions and handle sensitive information with reputed company and confidentiality
- Use insurance sales technology, relationship management tools, and multi-reputed company platforms to deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives to continuously improve sales results

- Obtain P&C and Life License prior to employment
