[Remote] Recruitment Coordinator

The role involves managing the coordination of candidates for the recruiting team, building relationships with hiring managers, and developing efficient recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• You are able to schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our EPD recruiting team (6-8 recruiters)
• You are excited about building efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team
• You reputed company trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters
• You communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• You want to change the talent industry at large and reputed company out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment

Skills

• You have ideally spent some time in a recruiting coordinator role and/or administrative role
• You are incredibly organized and are able to manage multiple priorities
• You are proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions - you're able to do this independently but aren't afraid to ask for help!
• You reputed company and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment
• You are creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done
