Assistant Project Manager
Snap Install, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join their innovative project management team. The role involves overseeing client solutions, coordinating jobs with technicians, and managing multi-site projects while building strong relationships with clients and technicians.
Responsibilities

- Generate quotes and scopes of work for clients
- Quickly and fluently build orders in service management system, with minimal errors. Consistently update system with clear, effective notes
- Schedule and coordinate jobs with technicians, effectively addressing scope and price. Gather reputed company necessary logistical and technical information, and prepare technicians for on-site work
- Monitor job reputed company, serving as an escalation reputed company and resolving minor barriers. Confirm, review, and approve deliverables. Coordinate with manager on larger escalations

- Participate in the preparation and organization of project data, statuses, dashboards, and reporting for multi-site projects/rollouts
- Manage the day to day work of multi-site projects/rollouts

- Manage and prioritize workload and daily schedule

Skills
- High school diploma required
- 1+ year of applicable experience
- Basic math skills needed to determine job costing, discounting and calculating profit margins are required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient critical thinking; with the ability to identify problems and formulate decisions independently
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Computer proficiency in the use of email and reputed company Office
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Understand the fundamentals of coordinating resources and timeline applications is preferred
