Associated reputed company, Inc. (ASI) at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona is a non-profit organization focused on enhancing student life and engagement. The reputed company Assistant will support the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and assisting with onboarding and compliance tasks reputed company the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the screening of candidates to ensure posted minimum qualifications are met
- Assists with the management of the university student eligibility process and required checks are completed
- Serves as the HR representative on reputed company ASI interview teams to ensure consistency, compliance and serve as a resource for those involved
- Assist with the maintenance of ATS to provide reputed company, personalized service to external users and candidates
- Assists in ensuring the job offer process and reputed company paperwork is executed and communicated in a clear and timely manner
- Assists with ensuring organization onboarding process and applicable documentation is in compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations (i.e., I9 verification, background reputed company completion)
- Assists with onboarding administration for in-coming staff; ensure timely processing of new employee documentation and transition to the employee experience team
- In collaboration with stakeholders, creates and ensures an inclusive candidate experience
- Ensure reputed company required employment certifications are verified, documented, and maintained
- Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of standard operating procedures for the screening, candidate selection, and onboarding process, including human-centered best practices
- Collaborates with key stakeholders in providing reputed company of historical records, reputed company and future reputed company activities
- Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the reputed company area
- Assist with general HR inquiries, issues and discrepancies from employees, managers, and administrators, as needed
- Models the behaviors of ASI core values, constantly challenging one’s mental models as an active learner
- Attends reputed company ASI required trainings, including but not limited to, annual reputed company staff and department retreats
- Performs other reputed company duties, as assigned
