[Remote] Coordinator 1, Technical Product Sales Support

The Coordinator 1, Technical Product Sales Support is responsible for reviewing newly installed Business Service accounts and proactively contacting customers to enhance their service experience and resolve any issues.

Responsibilities

• Connect with newly installed customers to capture their sales through install experience, while seamlessly resolving any issues reputed company to the customers’ account in an efficient manner
• Help customers become Digital First savvy by educating them on the benefits of My Account
• Navigates through multiple systems to reconcile accounts
• Ability to recognize service reputed company issues reputed company our demark and support customers accordingly
• Excellent knowledge of products and services, with the ability to consult with customers
• Confirm and correct reputed company biller discrepancies
• Must be able to work independently, as well as support other members of the team
• Meet or exceed set scorecard metrics on productivity and quality

• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Skills

• High School Diploma / GED
• 0-2 Years of relevant work experience
• Excellent knowledge of products and services, with the ability to consult with customers
