Customer Service Representative

Veritiv is a leading full-service provider of packaging solutions, serving a wide range of industries. The Customer Service Representative will provide high-touch service to customers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries, orders, and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer orders into the reputed company system and provide timely follow-up reputed company phone, email, fax, or through Sales Representatives
• Support inventory control by reviewing historical data and assisting in managing stock levels during order processing
• Provide internal support to reputed company Sales Representatives and assist with sales initiatives
• Collaborate with internal departments and other divisions to resolve customer issues reputed company
• Review customer purchase orders and reputed company to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare customer quotes, sample requests, formal proposals, and generate sales leads for potential accounts
