[Remote] E01 Proposal Analyst II

As a Proposal Analyst II, you will support the development of proposals by applying technical standards and coordinating across teams to ensure compliant and high-quality submissions.
Responsibilities

- Compile cost, schedule, and technical proposal elements
- Coordinate with functional teams to gather required inputs

- Research and analyze historical data to support cost modeling
- Participate in fact-finding meetings and proposal coordination
- Support should-cost and pricing reviews

- Complete personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on)

Skills
- Eligible to obtain clearance
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a reputed company field with 1-3 years of experience
- Proven experience in proposal coordination or a similar role with a government contracting firm supporting reputed company customers
- Experience applying technical standards, principles, and proposal processes
- Ability to solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
- Understanding of RFP compliance and proposal lifecycle processes
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience working with cost data and proposal documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office tools
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and cost models
- Knowledge of FAR or federal acquisition processes
