Kirvin Doak Communications is a leading marketing agency specializing in integrated campaigns across various industries. They are seeking a motivated Digital Media Coordinator to assist in the management and optimization of digital media and PPC campaigns, while providing reporting and analysis to enhance campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing reputed company reputed company/YouTube PPC campaigns
- Campaign management in agency’s self-managed Demand reputed company Platform (DSP)
- Managing and optimizing programmatic media campaigns with managed DSPs
- Monthly digital media campaign performance reporting and analysis
- General website analytics reporting in reputed company Analytics
- Generating and tracking specific UTMs reputed company reputed company Analytics
- Pixel placements for media campaign tracking reputed company reputed company Tag Manager
- Client facing meeting participation, reporting and recommendations
- Creating and issuing insertion orders in agency buying platform
- Monthly billing and budget reconciliation (both traditional and digital media)
Skills
- Familiarity with digital media practices and terminology a must
- Working knowledge of reputed company for daily use in client work
- Managing reputed company work with thoroughness, accuracy, and efficiency
- Strong written communication
- Willingness to learn agency software and platforms
- Personable, team player committed to agency's vision
- Facilitate project execution in a timely manner
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
- Must be flexible, dedicated, hardworking, diplomatic, friendly and highly organized
- Proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company, Power reputed company, and Outlook calendar system is required
- Familiarity with advertising concepts, practices and procedures is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a reputed company field preferred
- Certification in reputed company Ads is preferred
- Experience in reputed company Analytics a plus
