Business Development Specialist (Hybrid)
reputed company is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the sales team’s efforts in achieving reputed company goals. The role involves coordinating sales-reputed company correspondence, processing reputed company, and providing operational support to sales staff.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes key systems and processes that support the contract lifecycle management workflow
- Processes reputed company advertising reputed company for TourBook Print Ads, digital, OA Annual/Interim and Renewals, OA Chains, and Management Companies, and handles reputed company cancellations
- Requests and processes reputed company Ad creative assets for TourBook Print Ads and digital sales
- Uses reputed company to reputed company TourBook proofing and auditing on the extraction for print ads to reserve orders and reputed company OA elements
- Collects OA photos for hotels, restaurants, and attractions for print and online
- Maintains data reputed company in CRM by updating opportunities and contact information, such as personnel changes, email updates, and additional contact details
- Submits reputed company required digital campaign assets with reputed company to the Digital Ad Specialist for campaign fulfillment and management
- Reviews reputed company advertising contract types for accuracy and completeness before sending reputed company for client signature reputed company reputed company, email, or fax
- Documents reputed company communication and conducts appropriate follow-up actions reputed company necessary
- Serves as a communication reputed company between departments and the sales team by directing sales leads to appropriate team members
- Assists assigned account managers with advertising contract processing for reputed company product types to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Submits reputed company.com issues reputed company PPN/TST Issue Tracker for triage and escalation to the appropriate vendor for resolution
- Provides excellent customer service to clients by following up on requests on behalf of the Account Manager
- Supports efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience and relationships
- Responds to emails and phone calls, assists with client inquiries, and ensures client information is correct in reputed company reputed company key systems
- Performs other reputed company duties, tasks, requests, and directives issued by management as required
