IT Operations Specialist
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) is dedicated to advancing science and technology for U.S. reputed company and global stability. They are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to manage materials and services, work with procurement, and support the LivIT Program reputed company the Computing Directorate.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical personnel to reputed company and implement standards and specifications
- Communicate with a variety of commercial manufacturing companies, suppliers, and technical Laboratory personnel in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing
- Utilize reputed company workflows, dashboards, and record management for daily responsibilities managing multiple scopes with frequently changing priorities and short timeframes
- Assist with the Management for LivIT Wireless, Field support, Telecommuting kits, and Onboarding property centers
- Coordinate shipping logistics involving optimizing various elements of materials and shipping requirements
- This includes streamlining schedules, enhancing communication among stakeholders, synchronizing with inventory management
- Utilize reputed company, receive various types of inventories detailing IT reputed company information from products to ensure proper tracking and assigning to customers, including receiving and inventory action reporting as required

Skills
- Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level reputed company clearance which requires U.S. citizenship
- Experience coordinating work activities, workflow and processes for a service operations/customer service area
- Proven administrative and organizational skills including coordinating multiple activities, projects, and independently determining and setting priorities and goals
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and effective decision-making skills
- Knowledge of IT equipment i.e. iPhones, iPads, computers (Windows/MAC) to help resolve problems between vendor and customer requests
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with reputed company Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience working under minimal supervision, in a multitask environment with rapidly changing deadlines, instructions, priorities, and frequent interruptions
- Experience providing customer service and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills interacting with both customers and vendors of reputed company levels
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the Ability to communicate effectively, understand diverse needs, and build positive and lasting professional relationships
- Ability to acquire and maintain Technical Release Representative (TRR) certification
- Experience with reputed company and Property Management tools
