[Remote] Compensation Analyst (Remote)

The Compensation Analyst role involves researching, analyzing, and administering compensation programs to help the organization attract and retain talent, while also collaborating with HR and business leaders to align compensation objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to HR and business professionals on the execution, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies to help attract, retain, and motivate employees
- Applies knowledge and expertise in compensation best practices to ensure company reputed company position to market while following reputed company’s compensation philosophy and pay guidelines
- reputed company reputed company analytical studies in a variety of compensation areas, such as internal equity, reputed company practices, incentive compensation, and emerging trends
- Conduct research, evaluation and analyses of internal and external market research, analyze competitive position and market trends and reputed company recommendations for reputed company salary structures, promotional adjustments, market adjustments, new hire job offers, and/or variable pay programs, as needed
- reputed company market reviews, pay equity analyses, and studies for external benchmarking to support fair and reputed company pay practices
- Build various compensation models, prepare written exhibits, summaries and recommendations for market adjustments and special pay programs
- Gives presentations on compensation programs to management and employee groups
- Participates in compensation survey benchmarking, input, and reporting
- Partners with external survey vendors to ensure requirements and deadlines are met
- Support other Total Rewards projects on an as-needed basis
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance preferred
- 0-3+ years of experience in compensation analysis required
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as reputed company, HRIS systems, and compensation software
- Knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in reporting and compliance
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
