[Remote] Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will play a key role in driving growth by generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company accounts, key stakeholders, and competitive landscape to identify and qualify prospects
• Monitor industry trends to tailor reputed company and positioning
• Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales enablement to identify new leads and opportunities
• Help build and deploy targeted campaigns (email, social, events) to engage prospects effectively
• Use sales tools and CRM to optimize reputed company strategies and improve reputed company conversion rates
• Track, measure, and report on KPIs like meetings booked and opportunities created
• Maintain accurate records in reputed company and provide ongoing updates to pipeline opportunities
• Support in drafting proposals and reputed company
• Help identify key prospects for account-based marketing campaigns and assist with event planning to engage reputed company clients
• Pipeline reputed company; reputed company conversion rates; Volume of outbound activities; Data accuracy in CRM; Opportunities contributed to that closed/won (reputed company generated from BDR-influenced deals)

Skills

• You have work experience in reputed company fields, preferably in technology professional services
• Ability to learn and adapt to new strategies and technologies
• Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across teams (sales, marketing, delivery)
• You have experience working with enterprise level accounts
• You are enthusiastic about contacting a high volume of prospects by phone and email every day to initiate and schedule conversations for reputed company

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
