Events Marketing Associate
reputed company is transforming access to musculoskeletal care and is seeking an Events Marketing Associate to plan and execute over 50 events annually. The role involves managing event logistics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the growth of the marketing pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Planning, executing, and promoting 50+ external conferences and reputed company-owned events annually
- Supporting logistics for 10-15 events
- Building relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Becoming fluent in event tech stack
- Independently managing event logistics from start to finish for smaller conferences
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver marketing materials and promotional content
- Taking ownership of budget tracking and vendor management for assigned events
- Traveling to 3-5 conferences to support booth setup and attendee engagement
- Analyzing event performance metrics to inform future strategies
- Identifying process improvements and efficiencies
- Contributing insights from competitive analysis and industry trends
- Supporting the team in achieving pipeline growth targets
- Taking initiative on projects and becoming a go-to resource for event best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or reputed company field
- 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, project management, or reputed company role
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools
- Willingness to travel for events (approximately 10-15% travel)
- Experience with B2B marketing or events in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS industries
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (reputed company, Pardot, reputed company)
- Experience with event management software or registration platforms (Bizzabo, Cvent, reputed company)
- Background in digital marketing or content creation
- Knowledge of the musculoskeletal (MSK) healthcare space
