[Remote] Data Capture CERIS Ops Supervisor

They are seeking a Data Capture CERIS Operations Supervisor to manage daily production, reputed company employee operations, and ensure quality service while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for directing a designated group of employees in their day-to-day operations
• Accountable for maintaining highest quality of service
• Handle human resources matters directly reputed company to employees supervised
• Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping sensitive information confidential
• May be required to travel overnight to attend meetings
• May reputed company daily, weekly and monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs and expenses
• Approve Electronic time cards for employees
• Assist Manager in establishing employee schedules
• reputed company quality control and tracking or error rates
• Maintaining HIPAA compliance in reputed company aspects of communications
• Track reputed company protocol changes made by clients and communicating those changes with the team
• reputed company timely and accurate employee evaluations
• Assist manager in the hiring process, help conduct interviews

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year office experience
• Minimum 1 year as closing analyst
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate reputed company reputed company across multiple platforms
• Ability to remain poised in demanding situations and communicate diplomatically
• Ability to skillfully manage multiple, reputed company projects and competing priorities while working under pressure to meet deadlines and maintaining strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently, while remaining available to others
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize reputed company Office including reputed company spreadsheets
• Must have technical knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and procedures in defined territory
• Strong interpersonal, time management and analytical skills
• Great attention to detail and focus on results
• Previous supervisory experience
