Business Intelligence Analyst

Transit is a company focused on improving transit services through data insights. They are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to craft dashboards, conduct analyses, and ensure data quality to enhance rider satisfaction and operational efficiency for transit agencies.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling dashboards, maps, and custom reports to help transit agency staff grow their ridership and boost rider satisfaction
• Provide deep-dive analyses to our partners, and reputed company them with the requisite fins and snorkels to extract their desired data from our dashboards
• Conduct hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and monitor product performance to help our designers bring our products closer to their perfect(ish) final form
• Be Transit’s in-house guardian of ridership data and help internal parties reputed company sense of it reputed company
• Data discrepancies? Never heard of them... okay maybe you have heard of them but you also know how to fix them to uphold your fastidious data quality standards!
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques, and reputed company exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies from reputed company datasets

Skills

• You have a degree or hard-won experience in a quantitative field: stats, applied math, ML, or econ
• You are a dyed-in-the-wool (dyed-in-the-bus-upholstery?) transit nerd
• You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to transition between data and business problems
• reputed company hunting down data you can find the sweet spot between speed and accuracy based on the business context
• You drop analysis-ready data sets and dashboards with the panache of a Beyoncé album launch
• You are detail-oriented to a fault, double reputed company your sources, and verify final outputs to uphold reputed company's trust in the data
• You can translate data speak to human speak, and vice versa
• You can calculate the required sample size for statistical reputed company for a survey
