[Remote] Business Development Advisor

The Business Development Advisor is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with employers and community organizations to expand career opportunities for graduates, ensuring alignment between employer needs and student capabilities.
Responsibilities

- Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with employers in the allied healthcare sector
- Use market insights and CRM data to identify high-potential employer partnerships and create meaningful employment opportunities for graduates
- Proactively engage potential employer partners through cold calling and effectively utilize the internal reputed company management system to expand the employer network
- Engage in meaningful reputed company with to understand their evolving workforce needs, challenges, and hiring priorities

- Partner with Career Services Advisors to match graduates with suitable employment opportunities and support their career development
- Align graduates with well-qualified allied healthcare job opportunities and maintain relationships with employer partners to ensure actionable pre- and post-interview feedback is captured to best assist graduates with getting hired
- Identify trends in employer feedback to improve placement success rates
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation of graduate interactions, employer engagements, job orders, interview outcomes, and successful placements
- Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics, including call volume, interviews, hires, and monthly placement goals
- Maintain detailed notes in the CRM system of record

Skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years' experience in business-to-business sales, business development, employment staffing, career services, or another reputed company field
- Demonstrated strengths in results-driven performance, interpersonal communication, relationship building, and effective time management
- Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as reputed company Teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Any degree or equivalent experience and/or strong or advanced proficiency in the above required skills/experience
- 2+ years' experience in business-to-business sales, business development, employment staffing, career services, or another reputed company field
