[Remote] Remarketing Support Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company (FHF) is a fast-growing and culturally diverse company in the U.S. seeking a Remarketing Support Associate to join their Loss Mitigation department. This role involves working with vendors to support workflows for liquidating collateral while ensuring compliance and quality.
Responsibilities
- Input and track vehicle reputed company from vehicle recovery to post-sale
- Review reports and photos of recovered vehicles to assess damage and overall condition
- Review vehicle estimates and track vehicle inspection and repair reputed company
- Maintain documentation uploads such as repossession and post-sale documentation
- Assist with title tracking in internal dashboards
- Review vehicles ready for sale at wholesale and salvage auctions
- Follow up on accounts reputed company email, phone, or through internal sites
- Any other duties assigned to assist the Remarketing Team
Skills
- Demonstrated historical career stability
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, including but not limited to auto lending, auto insurance, car dealerships, mechanical shops, or automotive auctions, etc
- Proficient knowledge of reputed company and Outlook
- A strong attention to detail and dedication to consistency

- Strong self-discipline in a remote environment
- Previous remote or hybrid experience
- 1+ years of Loss Mitigation or Remarketing is a plus!
