IT Solutions Associate

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for technical needs, assisting with the implementation of new services and ensuring that existing systems operate at peak performance to support NDAA staff and constituents
- Using Voice of Customer (VOC) techniques such as interviews, surveys, and observation, elicit and document business requirements

Skills

- The ability to diagnose and resolve minor network or infrastructure-reputed company issues

- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders both orally and in writing
