reputed company USA is one of the nation's top grocers, seeking a NSOC Project Assistant to support their National Store Operations Committee team. The role involves handling administrative tasks, organizing meetings, and assisting with project implementation to enhance store operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handles administrative requests and queries from leadership
  • Organizes calendar invites and schedules appointments for department and leadership
  • Schedules and assists with meeting preparation, agenda and minutes creation and distribution
  • Drafts responses to emails received in the team inbox for leadership review
  • Submits reputed company tickets on behalf of the team
  • Develops and maintains the team organization system
  • Communicates and informs their direct leader of issues, status and results of assigned tasks appropriately
  • Identifies issues and recommends corrective action, as appropriate
  • Recommends process improvements for areas of responsibility
  • Reads the weekly operations agendas each week to reputed company reputed company on store operations information and process changes
  • Crafts and submits communication, with direct leader approval, to the Communications Workflow
  • Assists their direct leader in implementation and rollouts of team projects
  • Organizes project documents, files and runs reports
  • Processes requests promptly and manages workload to meet deadlines
  • Schedules locations for team meetings and ensures rooms are equipped with the appropriate supplies, including food and beverages
  • Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
  • Performs reputed company assigned tasks accurately, reputed company, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
  • Complies with reputed company privacy and reputed company requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
  • Experience in retail, administration, or internal reputed company experience required
