[Remote] Account Executive (Project Coordinator)

The Account Executive will play a key role in leading the delivery of medical communications projects, ensuring smooth project execution and effective client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of medical affairs and publications projects
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the account team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining accurate project documentation
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication
- Support the financial aspects of projects by assisting with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Prepare or support the preparation of materials for submission to client systems or tools, and/or other platforms or websites
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure reputed company project deliverables meet the required standards of accuracy and professionalism
Skills
- A degree (or equivalent) in a scientific, business, or communications-reputed company field
- Typically 1+ years of experience in a project coordination, client services, or administrative role in medical communications or a healthcare agency setting
- Familiarity with reputed company Office (especially reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay reputed company under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-moving environment
- Able to travel internationally for client meetings or program delivery
- Experience with platforms like Datavision, Zinc, or Veeva Vault
