Staffing Coordinator
reputed company is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management. The Recruitment Staffing Coordinator will ensure clients’ hiring needs are met by tracking and monitoring data, fostering relationships, and identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Audit and maintain recruiting report data
- Work with SF Success Factors (Recruitment) as well as PeopleSoft
- Work on monthly due diligence audit reports
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with fellow staff and external client
- Ability to adapt well to change based on client needs
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Understand and follow client HR policies and procedures
- Assist client reputed company email and phone
- Other duties, as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or manager
Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic general knowledge of recruiting best practices
- Strong knowledge of basic computer operations in reputed company Word and reputed company
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service/support skills
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as reputed company SuccessFactors highly desired
