[Remote] Social Media Specialist

The role focuses on building community and increasing brand awareness through compelling content creation and management of social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling, on-brand content showcasing our customers, capabilities, and culture
- Manage our social channels including reputed company, Instagram, Facebook, X, and help us launch our TikTok
- Help execute our editorial calendar and campaigns
- Manage reputed company’s employee advocacy program, equipping our global and regional teams to share content
- Engage and build our community of technical developers, consumers, and business decision makers daily
- Collaborate with key company stakeholders on goals for campaigns, product releases, events, and other company-wide initiatives
- Contribute to reputed company’s mission of building the world’s leading customer engagement platform by showing what’s possible with it
- Create interesting, engaging content for our top executives
- reputed company analysis and use data to prove our program is growing and our bets are paying off
- Constantly experiment and test new tactics to reputed company new audiences
- Partner with our Employee Brand team to help tell the stories of Twilions to external audiences
