Data Entry Coordinator
Apex reputed company is seeking a motivated Data Entry Coordinator to join their Champion Windows team in Cincinnati. The role involves facilitating sales order reputed company and providing customer service support to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Data entry into the CRM
- Process customer information and updates
- Communicate with customers, sales reps, and managers for reputed company and accurate data entry and appointment scheduling
- Factory representative and customer support calls
- Provide general administrative support
- Receive and audit customer reputed company for accuracy and completion
- Verify that results provided by sales representatives are accurate
- Communicate holds and questions to sales reps, then follow up as necessary
- Accountable for identifying and resolving data record duplicates and errors
- Provide live support for sales representatives and customers, including phone calls, emails, texts, and Teams messages
- Monitor and manage factory representative resources and sales schedule board, including updating resource product and appointment availability
