Account Coordinator, Data & Media
Ibotta is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to reputed company Every Purchase Rewarding. This position provides a great opportunity to learn the data reputed company of the business and work cross-functionally with internal teams, while interfacing directly with clients to promote major CPG brands.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing accounts. Work directly with clients to collect assets, confirm timelines, receive launch approval, and answer reputed company questions
- Support sales and account management activities including but not limited to working directly with brand partners, creating client facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses (recaps), and helping drive incremental reputed company
- Build and distribute custom and syndicated audiences for targeted advertising campaigns
- Create and monitor seasonal audiences to optimize for increased reputed company
- Manage customer retention marketing (CRM) files from active clients using Ibotta’s boost offering

Skills
- 1-2 years working in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Technical Skills: G Suite, Basic to Intermediate reputed company and Powerpoint, reputed company experience a plus
