- Schedule in-home appointments for reputed company sales representatives
- Accurately input and manage customer information in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience on every call
Skills
- Previous experience in inside sales, a call center, or appointment setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
- Self-motivated with a results-driven reputed company
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
